Pre-baby Set Up
Whether you need laundry washed and organized, crib assembled securely, shelves hung, or single rooms cleaned, I've got you covered! I am well versed in basic tools and want to take a few tasks off your hand prior to the arrival of your little one. Let me know if you have any requests!
Herbal Care
Carefully crafted herbal bath soaks to aid in recovery and relaxation. Along with herbal teas or healing drinks to comfort and soothe.
Night Shift Care
Ensure you get a full rejuvenating night sleep while I care for your bundle of joy. I will feed, change diapers and comfort your little one so you can wake up ready to tackle the day. Sleep is an important role in healing, health, and peace. You will still have plenty of important bonding time with your baby; rested and at your best.
Meal Assistance
Nutrient dense whole foods are vital in the recovery process after growing an entire human being. A healthy meal provides comfort, strength, time to converse with family and of course nourishment.
House Cleaning
Your environment effects your mental health. Let me help you keep a peaceful and fresh mind with light housekeeping, dishes, and laundry. One less thing on your list to do allows you to rest, heal and bond with your newborn, which is the most important thing.
Journal Guidance
The postpartum journey can bring a host of growing pains, emotions, and adjustments. This comes with any period of change. Journaling allows time to process, regulate, and reflect which is a helpful tool. I can supply some journal prompts, quiet time or just a listening ear.
Pricing
​Pre-baby Set-up: $20/hr
Day Doula Care: $30/hr
General care of family unit. Household tasks including laundry, light cleaning, journal guidance, emotional support, meal assistance. Herbal baths and teas are incorporated and a massage chair.
​Nightshift Doula Care: $30/hr
Primary goal is baby care during the night to ensure parents get a good night's rest. This service can be of use for breastfeeding parents or non-breastfeeding parents. Household tasks can also take place between baby care if desired. ​
Twin Doula Care: $35/hr
Day or night doula care.

Guidelines

Day shifts require a minimum of 4 hours.

Maximum shift length is 12hrs

Maximum of 6 days out of a 7 day span

Doula will use family's cleaning supplies unless otherwise requested.
